This virtual classroom is part of a strategic program designed to strengthen the English communication skills of professionals working in Cartagena’s business sector. Over the course of six months, you will build your language proficiency from an A2 to a B1 level through three specialized modules focused on: internal business communication, customer service excellence, and international collaboration.
Through a combination of interactive lessons, real-life simulations, writing tasks, and video-based learning, you will develop the confidence to participate in meetings, handle clients, and communicate clearly with international partners.

This module focuses on essential English for customer engagement and service communication. Learners practice greeting clients, gathering information, handling inquiries, describing products, and managing complaints. They use present simple, modals, comparatives, and polite expressions in realistic service situations. Vocabulary includes customer types, service terms, problem-solving phrases, and persuasive language. By the end of the module, participants can interact professionally with clients, suggest solutions, and respond to common service issues with clarity and empathy.
